such is life

it’s beginning to look a lot like festivus.

I realize it’s been nearly 2 months since my last post, but I was getting kinda tired of the whole blog thing. and besides, who reads this stuff, anyway? miscreants? charlatans? desperate housewives? I wasn’t sure if anyone was paying attention, so I decided to drop it for a little while. though I did add links from time to time.

and I started the ol’ redesign process… again. trouble is, building a site for yourself is a lot more difficult than creating one for a client. with them, at least there’s some idea of direction. there are photos, logos, corporate colors, and “I want my site to look like chipotle’s, but for veterinary medicine”. that sort of thing. I do it every day. personally, I would be perfectly content with this site cosisting of nothing but a looped clip of popo doing the worm across the screen, but that would leave a lot less space for karen to pretend to be howard dean. and that would be a shame.

so… long story short, I haven’t gotten it finished yet. we’ll see what happens when I finally get some time off.
