Hey I would have shot the guy too if I were Dick. Whatever it takes to divert attention from Iraq, Fundraising scandals, domestic evesdropping, Obstruction of justice, leaking of CIA informants, failed leadership of emergency response, failed leadership on energy policy, failed monetary policy, torture of detainees, and Haliburton.

Right. Actually the minute this story broke my first thought was “Cheney is a freaking political genius”. Talk about shifting the focus.
