well, this sucks. way to drag out the fight even longer, idiots. thanks to all the infighting and little-miss-can’t-let-go, mccain has pretty much been handed the presidency. all he has to do is keep his mouth shut and his pants zipped.

upgraded the site last night to the latest version of wordpress; some pretty big changes under the hood, so let me know if something isn’t working correctly.

a relatively new site, muxtape, has launched in the hopes of bringing back the mix tape of days past.

it’s been done before, with things like last.fm among many, many others… but this is probably the simplest implementation I’ve seen. just click on a name to get to that person’s mix, and you’re presented with nothing but a list of songs. it also makes you think much harder about both the tracks you pick and their order, as you’re limited to only 12 songs.

the site’s a bit bogged down from all the new traffic, but it’s well worth the visit. have a listen to mine and try to figure out who I wrote the playlist for.

there’s been 16 inches of snow in 24 hours here in columbus. this is also the first time there’s ever been a level 2 snow emergency in central ohio, from what I can remember.
